1. Is it safe to buy a statue while in pre-order?

YES, a pre-order means that the statue is already being reproduced in China and probably on the final stages of production. Unfortunately, shipping from China to the USA takes about a month, so the pre-order guarantees you to be the first one to receive the statue as soon as it clears customs here in the USA.

2. What are the advantages of a pre-order?

When you buy a pre-order from ARH Studios you are automatically guaranteeing that you will be the first one to receive the statue, and that you will get the lowest numbers. Also, all statues sold as pre-order are signed by the sculptor Arahom Radjah.

Every time a customer buys a pre-order, they are helping ARH Studios to accelerate the production of new projects and statues, which means that we will bring you new statues faster than we would have otherwise.

3. How long does it take to receive my statue after the day it is scheduled for shipping?

We ship USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation, so as soon as the statues clear USA customs, they are immediately shipped to the buyers address and will arrive at its destination in only a couple days.

4. Are the old kits and statues produced before the incorporation, or the ones produced in Brazil, still available?

NO! ARH Studios Inc. does not produce or sell anything that is not displayed on our website. Everything that was produced in the past is now in the past!

5. Can I get my statue signed by Arahom Radjah even if I don’t purchase a pre-order?

Yes, by special request. However, the statues arrive at our warehouse and are shipped directly from there, and since it’s not always that Arahom Radjah can go to the warehouse, it might delay the shipment and we can’t guarantee that all statues can be signed.

6. I’m a sculptor. How can I submit my work to be produced by ARH Studios?

All sculptors are welcome to submit their work. We don’t guarantee that they will be produced, but we have a great interest in partnering up with new talented artists. So, send us an email with your ideas and pictures of your work, and we can further discuss it.

7. Can I suggest an idea for a statue even if I’m not an artist?

Oh YEAH! We always welcome suggestions and requests, so feel free to send your thoughts and ideas, and we would be more than pleased to consider them!
